New, and Coming Soon

Since the successful release of Together Through Life: My Never Ending Tour with Bob Dylan, I've started writing regularly for Far Out Magazine, writing about not just Bob Dylan, but about Muddy Waters, Fiona Apple, Courtney Barnett and countless others, as well.

I've started a Substack in the last few years, too—also called Together Through Life—with entries about a similar cast of singers, writers and performers as mentioned above, as well as articles about Randy Newman, Leonard Cohen and Johnny Cash, and more contemporary artists such as Sabrina Carpenter, Lana Del Rey and Hurray for the Riff Raff.

Perhaps most excitingly, though, I am currently in the process of pitching my new book, tentatively titled Today, Tomorrow and Yesterday, too: writing about music. I hope to be able to share more details with you soon. As well as this, I have also submitted a proposal to Bloomsbury Press' delightful 33 1/3 series, which would be a real honour to contribute to, and have begun work on the Together Through Life sequel, having seen more Bob Dylan concerts in the four years since it was published than in the ten that are covered in the book.
